Drawing inspiration from my own Islamic upbringing and journey with spirituality/religion, I urge viewers to think about the below questions while viewing this collection.

What does spirituality mean to you? How does the Earth affect your spiritual or religious practices? Is eroticism and sexuality spiritual? Can it be? How can these entities be entwined to create something beautiful? Something evil?

Disclaimer: These pieces don't necessarily tie directly with Islam; they can be (and are encouraged to be) experienced through the lens of any religious or spiritual practice. This collection is an amalgamation of painting, sculpture, bookmaking, ink, watercolor, and various printmaking practices. Shoutout to my wonderful professors for teaching beautiful practices!
